Project PRAYAS is a collaborative initiative between IOM and India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to facilitate safe, orderly, and regular international migration. It aims to consolidate state-level initiatives, improve coordination between governments, and provide comprehensive information to aspiring migrant workers and students. By engaging various stakeholders, PRAYAS seeks to strengthen international mobility for skilled professionals and students, ensuring safe migration through policy recommendations and collaboration, aligning with India’s priorities, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and the Global Compact for Safe Migration.
