Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
   • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
   • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
   • Report on financial performance to management.
2. General Ledger Management:
   • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
   • Post journal entries and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Tax Compliance:
   • Prepare and file tax returns.
   • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
4. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
   • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
   • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
   • Ensure proper documentation and retention of financial information.

Remuneration:

• Base Salary: Varies based on experience, qualifications, and location. Typically ranges from INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year.

Requirements:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification preferred.
2. Experience:
   • 1-2 years of accounting experience.
   • Freshers are also Welcomed.
   • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
3. Skills:
   • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
   • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
   • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Other Requirements:
   • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
   • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
   • Ethical and trustworthy with sensitive financial information.
